At Onlookers Art, we believe that exceptional art and furniture deserve a journey of equal care. Every piece—from custom oil paintings to bespoke décor—is meticulously handcrafted, inspected, and secured before it begins its journey to your home.

1. Production & Processing Timeframe

Because our collection features made-to-order artworks and artisanal furniture, please note the following:

  • Standard Lead Time: Production and delivery typically take 22–28 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Artisan Craftsmanship: Custom oil paintings require dedicated time for painting, drying, and professional framing to ensure the highest quality.

  • Order Updates: Our team will notify you once your piece has passed quality control and is ready for dispatch.

2. Delivery Information

🇸🇬 Singapore (Local Delivery)

  • Complimentary Shipping: We offer free islandwide delivery on all orders.

  • Furniture & Large Items: For items such as TV consoles, tables, or seating, our team will contact you to schedule a dedicated delivery appointment.

🇲🇾 Malaysia

  • Secure Transit: Orders are shipped securely from Singapore via our regional logistics partners.

  • Tracking: Real-time updates will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your order clears dispatch.

🌏 International (US, Canada, UK, Japan, & Rest of World)

  • Global Reach: Delivery typically occurs within the 28–32 working day window, subject to local customs processing times.

  • Premium Packaging: All artworks are professionally secured with protective high-density foam and reinforced corner guards to ensure a pristine arrival.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on dimensions and destination.

3. Our Shipping Partners

We collaborate with industry-leading carriers—alongside specialized white-glove delivery teams for fragile and oversized furniture pieces.

4. Tracking & Delivery Management

  • Tracking Numbers: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation containing a tracking link.

  • Support: If you have not received tracking details after 25 working days, please contact us at help@onlookers-art.com.

  • Missed Deliveries: Please ensure your contact details are accurate. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our couriers will attempt to reschedule; however, repeated failures may incur a redelivery fee.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

For orders outside of Singapore, please be advised that any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our checkout total.

6. Damages & Transit Issues

While we take every precaution in packaging, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging to help@onlookers-art.com.

  • Our team will prioritize a resolution, which may include professional repair, replacement, or a partial refund.
